I am a wife and mom to 1 (so far) with a live in who was lost after his second divorce. I switched to being a veggie while my hubby was in the desert, so this has been quite a change for him now that he is home. He is very supportive, though I know at times he is just crying inside for meat, so I will make it for him. I hope that doesn't make me too bad. I only buy organic meat from local. It is tough since we live nowhere truly near anything with a variety of organic options. I don't eat eggs and am weaning off the dairy (more for my hubby and daughter since they can't do it) and my daughter can't have soy either. we don't know if she is allergic yet to nuts. are there any other proteins alternatives then besides beans? i love them, but think that the guys in the house will suffocate me if they have them everyday. trying to lose weight too, so as to be healthy in pregnancy for subsequent children. thanks and i hope everyone has a peachy day!
