I found Vb this morning while searching for a Quorn coupon. I can tell that I will love visiting this site whenever I have time. I have been vegetarian for 2 years (August 28) and it makes me feel good!

Hey everyone!

Im very happy that I have found this forum. I have been actually looking for tips on healthy vegetarian food for babies. I tried on site about pregnancy, parenthood etc. in my language (Slovenian). There I have been ugly insulted, been laught at and told that I am a bad mother, a coward and alike because I wont give my baby any meat. I completely lost my nerves there. I cant stand when they interfere with our way of life! Then I went on world sites, typed vegetarian food in English and found out that we actually have a forum that only veggies are aloud to register. I thought to myself: Now thats a nice change! And here I am. Very very happy to be here!!

Hello soja! Welcome to the board! You will find lots of support for raising your baby as a vegetarian here. One of the best threads in the Raising Vegetarian Children section of the board is a running list of what mothers like yourself feed their children. You'll find plenty of good ideas there. Check it out!

I was poking around the internet for veg sources of Omega-3 that had a higher ratio of EPA to DHA, and I think one of the forums here popped up on Google.

Actually, my friend Randy, one of the moderators here, told me about it when I told him I had become a vegetarian about 7 months ago.

So far from the two threads I've read it seems like an amazing place! I'm stoked for this!

Hello. I was browsing through Michael Bluejay's site, Eating Meat Isn't Natural and came across this site and decided to join it as I am interested in a vegetarian lifestyle

I was looking to see if there was a better ricotta cheese substitute than I use, my family likes mine fine, but we will have guests and I felt a little intimidated, my recipe is just tofu, basil, garlic and nutritional yeast, slightly mashed

I'm a mom to four, my whole family is vegan, kids since before conception. my oldest is almost 11 years old and my youngest is almost 11 months old. I also have a 5 year old and an 8 year old. All very healthy, smart and attractive kids.
