One of the things I'm researching at the moment is children's mental health problems and how nutrition can impact upon this. Did you know that if you cut out processed foods, additives, preservatives and different meats from your child's diet, that this could significantly improve their behaviour, emotions and moods.
I've joined this community because I would like to share my nutritional knowledge with people.

Are you vegan or vegetarian or planning to transition?
I don't think dietary effect has much effect on major mental health issues. Some behavioural problems yes but serious mental health is much more complicated.
However I can feel myself getting more and more paranoid as the day goes on and I read more threads. :serious:
