New vegetarian, new member!

Hi there! My name is Émilie!

I've just taken the decision to change my life and take on a new challenge: become a vegetarian. Maybe even with time, I'll become vegan.

I hope these boards can teach me all I need to know to live a happy and healthy lifestyle! I look forward to talking to all of you <3

Welcome! I have been 99% Vegan for many years. Its the eating out part that is the 1% due to food allergies. As a vegetarian, eggs and milk does contain the B12 and calcium you need. Keep in mind that dairy can make you more hungry. Protein and Fiber are keys to being full.

Here is a good place to start.
