Red face Newly Transitioned Vegan Member!

Hey guys my name is Narrie, and I recently transitioned into a vegan on my 20th birthday. I really wanted to start my 20's off right and it's been almost 2 months so far and has definitely been a learning experience. I'm so excited to be on this path and am looking forward to incorporating this passion into my career. I'm currently a student in university and I'm studying to be a cosmetic chemist where I hope I'll be able to create my own cruelty-free, vegan make up/skin care one day. I even started a blog to document my whole journey into veganism, which includes my personal struggles, victories, recipes, and a lot of other content that I'm working on. There's not that much material on the site at the moment, but I promise there is more to come! It'd really mean a lot to me if you guys could check it out and even share it!

My blog is:

Thank you so much for your time, I really appreciate it!

Welcome Narrie, nice website I love that you are studying to be a vegan cosmetic local store only had one vegan cosmetic product - that's not nearly enough! And I'm not sure if it's feasible, but if you ever develop a diy recipe for cosmetics with some lay language on how the chemistry of the product works I'd be very interested to read it

Ahh! Thank you everyone, I'm so thrilled to be apart of this community.
@Jenn2 :
Aww thank you so much for stopping by my blog, and oooh, that is a very good idea! I've been trying to come up with some DIY facial masks, but it's been taking some time haha. I will be sure to update when I get a concrete ingredient list down! Let me know if you have any other suggestions though, I am open and grateful to any propositions.

Welcome narbivore! I checked out your site and really like the look of it. I've been to Myrtle Beach many times as a kid. Loved the pictures and post!

Hello and welcome Narbivore! It's great that you are studying to be cosmetic chemist. It's always great to have animal-free skin-care products.
