Welcome Austin. Before I retired, I drove 18-wheelers. Occasionally, I would have to haul a load, of which I disapproved, including slaughtered chickens from Tyson. In time, I found a job that was free of such dark work, but it took me years to do so. We do what we have to do. Vegans, at present, are a small minority, working and competing in an omnivorous world. The service you provide far outweighs the compromise you have to make.
I salute you for the work you do, fellow-vegan!
