Thank you for the welcomes and the information. It is good to read why I shouldn't eat fish as it's often portrayed as a healthy food (pushing aside the ethical issues for a moment) and even my mum, who hasn't never eaten meat, insists I 'need' to eat fish. So any info is very welcome.
I meant to say I am allergic to dairy and have a lactose intolerance so I don't eat or drink milk products anyhow, and am reluctant to given how cows are treated in the process. I don't eat a lot of eggs, only really as ingredients. So if I can cut fish the rest should be relatively straightorward if I can ind enough recipes that work for me.
