Wife has had 3 attacks of gout in last month and a half and I am obese. At 48 years old I need to change my eating habits radically, so..... here I am. Was a hardcore alcoholic and replaced my drinking with food. Through prayer and lifestyle changes I am tackling this issue head on. Thanks in advance for any and all help. :)

^^ I was thinking the same thing, eggplant curry. Looks good LedBoots.

Here is another recipe for Baingan Bharta (Eggplant Curry), I imagine coconut milk could be substituted for yogurt
