I am in my mid-50s and was a vegetarian for 5 years in my 20s. I gave up because I got bored with the food I was eating and cooking. I had some good cookbooks from Cranks but I just found it took too much time to prepare meals.
I would like to try again after enjoying some of the most tasty vegetarian/vegan food at farmers market, trendy markets in London and at various alternative summer festivals.
I would like to stop eating meating but need help with the preparation of quick tasty meals and snacks.
I hope this group can help me the preparation good nutritious meals.

As LedBoots says, the vegetarian options are much better these days. Are you based in London? There are some awesome vegetarian and vegan cafes and restaurants if so.
We have quite an extensive recipe section but if there's a type of food, meal plan etc you have in mind then let us know.
