I've been ovo lacto veg for the last 23 years, and happily vegan for the last...well...only the last week. (But long may it continue! I'm delighted with the transition). My husband is trying on veganism for size over the next month, so it's been a culinary adventure cooking and baking foods that are rich, filling, and varied.
I'm completing my doctoral work right now, and getting into the kitchen is a great way to clear my head after writing. I'm also looking forward to contributing to the forums any way I can.
