I'm 17 and a recently turned vegan. It's not strict, because of our home situation, so I occasionally consume egg or milk. It's more a guideline and adapting to eating LOTS of fruit and veg. I follow the rule high carbs, high sugar (from fruit) and low salt/fat. I'm not raw vegan, but I would love to learn more about it to become more aware about nutrition and understanding what really is good for our bodies.
I've been pescetarian (on/off vegetarian) since I was 11, so I haven't eaten meat in a long time. It doesn't appeal to me in the slightest and I find fruit and veg much fresher and cleaner.
