Hello everyone! I am glad that I have found this forum - it will be nice to have some people to bounce recipe ideas off of

I have been about 80% vegetarian for the last 2 years, after being completely vegetarian for about three years before that. I had had difficulty reconciling my obsessive foodie-ness with my vegetarian diet, but I am coming to grips with that by forging a higher level of veggie cuisine, and experimenting with exotic vegetables, etc. I finally have decided to jump the shark, quit being a hypocrite, and completely forego meat. It's not that drastic of a lifestyle change for me, but it still is nice to have a support and resources network. I look forward to chatting with you all

One thing I am interested in learning more about is how to create meals that are protein-complete, so I do not have to supplement with soy shakes, etc. My husband and I are pretty into fitness, training, etc, so protein concerns are something I am working on with him. Any tips on veggie protein powerhouses would be very much appreciated.
