Where to start? I'm new to the vegetarian lifestyle... Okay that's an understatement. I've been off of the flesh for two days. This is a test run at a lifestyle change. I am 29, male, and active. I enjoy cycling, running, resistance training, and activity in general. Like many people I have consumed meat for the majority of my life. Within the past 4 years I have developed some disturbing auto immune activity. Psoriasis, sinus allergies, and last month I had an appendectomy due to appendicitis. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. So I've concluded that my body is fighting something, however I can't pinpoint what that "something" is.cheap software buy cheap software Ofcourse my physician only wants to perscribe me this or that to fight the symptoms. Any thoughts??? Please feel free to submit any comments, questions, or concerns as I am new to this school of thought.

Welcome to the fold! Has it been difficult thus far avoiding meat?
