Hi all, a bit about myself.
Im 46 and ,well ,fairly disgusted with my wieght.I was a vegan years ago but have since had a large family with 4 boys and eating meat was a part of that.
Well, 3 boys moved out and now I am with my 9yo and hubby only. Im truly sick of being tired all the time and just fat.I always felt good when I was a veggie so Im going back.
I do have some food allergies, soy being one so its difficult to find recipes I can eat.I am lactose intolerant so not eating milk products is easy..I also dont do well with lots of bread/grain products.And we live very rural so no fancy organic or strange healthfood is available to us. Just the basics.I do own three chickens, they are pets and give me three eggs just about every day.I may or may not include these in my diet as I dont see any reason to waste them.
