Hey, I'm Indie. I've been a vegetarian on and off since I was like 10 or 11 (I'm 16 now). Since I refused to eat beans and I'm allergic to nuts my doctor said it wouldn't be a good idea for me, so I ate meat and everything but really just hated doing it. So I slowly cut out fish and red meat and now I'm ready to cut out everything else. Yeah, so this is going to take me a while to get used to but I can do it, I really want to. Does anyone have any tips at staying like healthy and getting protein?
