Experienced Raw Vegano Truly Natural.. Message me if you have questions

I'm here to help. Home grown always best without any synthetic chemicals and just plant natural based compost and rabbit or other animal waste mixed in, or search out Veganic farms if store bought(no animal byproduct fertilizers).. Avocados, walnuts, almonds, raw coconut, sprouted soaked quinoa/brown rice/brown rice pasta all great along with the fruit, greens of course. Try to avoid eating all oils, even Extra virgin or coconut. Might raise cholesterol even though u won't find much of this on the net. Let's of stuff on net can be false. Use your own common sense on that though.

Thank you for the offer.

Do you really believe that the Earth is flat?

Specific recommendations for a healthy diet include: eating more fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts and grains; cutting down on salt, sugar and fats. It is also advisable to choose unsaturated fats, instead of saturated fats and towards the elimination of trans-fatty acids."

Nice offer to help.

BTW David has written a post here about Coconut Oil and I have written one regarding Oils vs Fats

and I am sure there are likely more.

There are a lot of doctors, websites and youtubers that promote a high carb lower fat whole food plant-based diet. I am not a fan of the raw version, for myself.

I mean i'm not here to discuss if you aren't raw lol. Cooking food and oils is a huge conspiracy and not good. Even eating raw virgin oils, whether saturated or unsaturated might be proven to raise chelosterol. On skin or hair on occasion might be ok. We were created to eat the meat/jelly of the coconut and the nuts raw with the natural oils and fibers in them mixed in. Not to process out the oils in huge quantities or to make juices from fruit, that's just nonsense.

Cooking food is a conspiracy? What kind of conspiracy, and towards what goal?
