I'm here to help. Home grown always best without any synthetic chemicals and just plant natural based compost and rabbit or other animal waste mixed in, or search out Veganic farms if store bought(no animal byproduct fertilizers).. Avocados, walnuts, almonds, raw coconut, sprouted soaked quinoa/brown rice/brown rice pasta all great along with the fruit, greens of course. Try to avoid eating all oils, even Extra virgin or coconut. Might raise cholesterol even though u won't find much of this on the net. Let's of stuff on net can be false. Use your own common sense on that though.
