While I was eating a non-raw diet, I found myself waking up and not wanting to eat breakfast. I just wasn't hungry until about 11. I also never experienced a growling stomach.

The last few mornings, I've actually been HUNGRY. I woke up, and my stomach was rumbling. I've been eating plenty of food, so I know that isn't it. I think my food is digesting faster now that I've switched over to raw foods.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I wake up hungry if I eat either an especially large dinner, or a very late one.

i'd say i wake up hungry just about every morning. not starving, but hungry-- i can wait until i get to work to eat breakfast, though. i try to eat an early dinner so i can eat dessert and it wont keep me awake.

I've never been hungry in the morning in my life, raw, vegan, or otherwise, no. Sorry.
