While I was eating a non-raw diet, I found myself waking up and not wanting to eat breakfast. I just wasn't hungry until about 11. I also never experienced a growling stomach.
The last few mornings, I've actually been HUNGRY. I woke up, and my stomach was rumbling. I've been eating plenty of food, so I know that isn't it. I think my food is digesting faster now that I've switched over to raw foods.
Has anyone else experienced this?
