To those who are raw curious, I thought you'd like to read a very postivie, personal article by a raw girl named Shazzie. Her transitional journal from 2000 is what did it for me. Sometimes even though you have all the facts, it takes reading someone else's personal journal for it to all click.

The transformation photos are nothing to snort at either. Great pictures and testimonies on that site.

Thank you for posting this! Her stories and the others' are highly inspirational. Especially when she talked about her tummy feeling less bloated after she stopped eating grains. My tummy always bothers me when I eat various grains for dinner, but I don't know what to replace them with yet. The fact she doesn't take any supplements makes me feel more at ease with my choice in doing that.

Appologies for my comment. Dididn't really understand it before I asked. My friend claimed to be raw when infact she had an eating disorder and was eating a few vegetables a day. Sorry, I do understand it now.
