I dehydrated these overnight after a quick dip in dissolved Brittany sea salt.

Flax/pumpkin/sunflower seed crackers with grated ginger. I'm going to top these with pesto and grape tomatoes for a potluck tomorrow.

Buckwheat sprouts, before dehydration. When I get my K-Tec and make almond milk I'll try these with a bit of agave nectar as breakfast cereal.

Gobi masala

Spiral slicer (not that cheap spirooli) makes salads more visually appealing

What sort of dehydrator did you use?

... can I come over for lunch?

Seriously, that's beautiful food. One of those cucumber chips, the one on the right, even looks like an elongated heart.

Very nice! What brand did you buy of the spiral slicer? I'm assuming it's not the "Saladacco". I would like to purchase a quality one. Great looking food!

Thanks! I sliced at a variety of angles so there'd be a variety of sizes and shapes.

It was one that discountjuicers.com had on clearance that was labelled only in Japanese. Overall similar to the saladacco, but cuts a little finer, I think. There was a sort of divider insert to facilitate cutting smaller stuff, but it broke almost instantly The saladacco is probably your best bet.

That stuff looks good.

Do your chips come out leathery when you dehydrate them? I've tried dehydrating zuccinni before and they were so leathery, there were hard to eat.

They were sort of leathery at first, but I left them in longer and they became a bit more crisp. Thickness is probably a factor.
