hey,

I'm just starting out on the whole raw food thing and don't know a whole lot about it. My question is generally what type of drinks are you "allowed" to drink? Sorry if it's a silly question, just needed to know,

thanks

Well, If you are going 100% raw then anything thats raw

Fresh Carrot juice, fresh squeezed orange juice, Any fruit or veggie you juice basicly (If you have a juicer)

If not you can make grapefruit or orange juice easilly...Some poeple drink packaged teas Wich I think is fine...I like fresh herb tea

And of course water...But Im never thirsty on the raw food because it all has so much water in it!

yep, fresh juices and water (filtered ?) like Star said, or water flavoured with juice. Also smoothies (can use banana as a base, add some fruit and water). And nut/seed milks (ie almond milk, made by blending soaked almonds with water). Fresh coconut milk?

Just wondering...what about soy milk? The kind you can buy at supermarkets, I mean.
