Green Food Drink

Hey guys, I’ve used lots of the recipes in the pdf, it’s great when I get sick of my
regular morning routine. I just saw that it’s still available but also found this
cool video about my favorite green food, that I thought you might like:
I love that it’s organic and non-gmo!

Let me know what you guys think :-)

Hey!! I am looking some recipes of Green drink which have some flavored items so that kids can also drink it easily. I am very worried about their health and want to give them these drinks for their better health. Please suggest!

I like adding onions, tomatoes and garlic to mine. It gives it a much more palatable flavor, like thick V8 (which I always liked as a kid, but maybe I was a weird kid lol). For plain green smoothies, I find cucumbers and celery also make it much more pleasant tasting. OR you could try blending in some greens or wheat grass into fruit smoothies.

I do the original green monster from the Oh She Glows cookbook:

1 frozen banana
1 cup kale or spinach
1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
1 Tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of ground cinnamon
2-3 ice cubes

It's great!

I can't get it to work on my phone. I probably don't have enough storage space. Since you're thinking of doing smoothies, yesterday I made a great one. It's a large banana, a small beet (peeled if you want a milder beet flavor), fresh orange juice, and about 1/4 cup soaked cashews. I'm sure it would be great with greens, but I had already juiced all mine before I tried the smoothie.

I didn't realize so many people followed recipes when making smoothies! I'm going to make one here in a minute, but I just open the fridge and start throwing stuff in the Vitamix. Garlic, ginger, carrots, anything green I can find, apple, banana, orange, any random veggies, etc. It literally doesn't matter, lol. Nuts, pears, peppers, coconut oil, flax, chia, etc., etc.. I also don't really care how it tastes, lol.

Last summer I blended just fresh peeled cucumber from the garden and honedew melon and a little bit of water and fresh mint leaf. Very refreshing and cool on a hot summer day.

I just had a more traditional smoothie tonight with dinner...frozen blackberries, banana, strawberries, collard greens, almond milk, and stevia herb along with water.

In the end, only kindness matters. - Jewel

beets are so good in smoothies. The root and top. I put at least one whole one in, they add a lot of sweetness and paired with something acidic (like lemon) .... so tasty.

I wanted to add beets but I'm not sure how to prepare and I don't think I've the right blender to handle the job for it.
