if you have a zester, try putting some ginger zest in a cup of decaf herbal tea to ease your stomach pain.

When you eat a bunch a processed or cooked foods after being high raw, you body will pretty much reject it. Your body is getting used to the nutritional value of the food you have been eating versus the over cooked foods. Even if you are eating a high raw diet with a little cooked foods your body is adjusting. Plus, not saying anything bad about anybody elses cooking, you know how to cook your foods and what foods you are eating. Most people over cook foods and add in a lot of unnecessary ingredients.
Hope you feel better soon.
( I'm thinkin the chocolate mixed with sweet potatoes may have triggered. Have you been cutting back on starches the past week?)
keep your head up and continue on raw. your body is telling you DO NOT EAT ANYTHING right now. listen to it. it knows best. your body heals itself if you let it.

Would my body have a reaction like that to cooked foods really? I mean, it's only been about a week raw!

Yes, I think it's possible and have experienced the negative effects of cooked food. I like how your body has adapted. Now listen to it. Or if you eat cooked foods, don't make it cookies and cheese next time.

EDIT: Dok, I thought you went raw years ago.
