Talking Okra Fry

This recipe is for Okra Fry with potatoes. Its a curry and very simple to cook. It takes around 20 minutes to cook the curry. Okra is very rich vegetable and easily found.
Please check the video for full recipe

I LOVE okra. It gets gooey if you cook it with moisture (although I like it even then), but it's GREAT sautéed.

It's usually expensive, so it's worth growing yourself. It doesn't produce that many pods (maybe I'm growing it wrong?), but the plants themselves are big and ornamental.

Peasant (1963-1972) and Fluffy (1970s?-1982- I think of you as 'Ambrose' now)- Your spirits outshone some humans I have known. Be happy forever.

sounds tasty, thanks for the great recipe. I like to try smth new. Recently I have finally bought sink disposal for food waste so now I can cook even more often. I read reviews on bestsinkdisposal before purchasing and just couldn't resist to buy one for my kitchen.
