Gluten Free Ice Cream with Goat Cream Cheese
1 fresh vanilla pod
50 g brown sugar
1 half mango
30 g cornflakes
For the goat cream cheese ice cream, first whip up the goat cream cheese with the milk. Add brown sugar and stir well.
Scrape the marrow out of the vanilla pod and add it to the mixture.
To taste, squeeze some lime juice and stir.
Mango, kiwi, cut strawberries into pieces. First fruit, then fill ice cream in ice cream molds. Sprinkle cornflakes on top.
Place the goat cream cheese ice cream in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
