I'll start with mine.

1. Airplane!- I watched this when I was...10? Saw it lots of time since then and still love it.

2. Hair-The opening scene with the the horses and the two hippies during the Age of Aquarius song was so ridiculous it's priceless. And I love most of the songs.

3. Joe Versus the Volcano

Start dishing.

A movie called "Spaceship" with Patrick Macnee and Cindy Williams...featured this ugly blobby looking monster who sang a rare rendition of "I Wanna Eat Your Face"...haven't seen it in years, but OMG, just thinking about it cracks me up!

I've been searching for a DVD of this for ages here in the UK. I have a copy that I've set free somewhere (apparently). I think I'll set about ordering it today. I frequently use the term "brain cloud" in the course of my everyday conversation. Meg Ryan's triple bill is absolutely hilarious too, and the super luggage! And, of course, the best wedding ever.

Haha I was just thinking about that! Although almost any 80s movie seems pretty corny now.

Also, Evil Dead movies, and Dude where's my car? (stupid yet has some funny parts)

I love Cry Baby, but I don't consider it to be cheese... It's just classic John Waters ( I love everything he's done )

There's absolutely NOTHING cheesy about HAiR..... It's the American Tribal Love Rock Musical! (I've performed in the stage version TWICE)

I love Joe vs. the Volcano. I would define it more as fantastical than corny though. And Back to the Future is also so not corny.

Brandon - Labyrinth is NOT corny!!! David Bowie was in it for dog's sake.

Since there is little to no chance that any of you will be able to hold this against me at a later time:

Great list, Brandon. Top Secret was radical!!!

I'd have to add Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure to the list and the Evil Dead movies (Bruce Campbell is NOT corny)

I almost listed Bill and Ted, but I haven't seen it in ages. When I was about 20, I had this workmate with whom I became the fastest of friends, in part by our love of this insanely stupid movie. We ran around playing air guitar and well, other stupid stuff.

*sigh* I haven't seen her in years and years.

*remembers to hold that against Missanthropy in threads to come*

I am a definite Bowie fan, but some of those songs in that movie....

And the pants magic pants. One needn't say anything more about those pants.

You remind me of the babe

What babe?

The babe with the power.

What power?

The power of Voodoo.

Who do?

You do.

Do what?

Remind me of the babe.

Do not look directly at Bowie's pants. You know what I'm talking about. Don't make me say it.
