Bless The Broken Road-Rascal Flatts.

Did you write the book of love, and do you have faith in God above,
If the Bible tells you so? Do you believe in rock Ân roll,
Can music save your mortal soul, And can you teach me how to dance real slow?

Awesome! One of my favorite bands ever. I saw them in 2002 with Destruction and that goes down as the most insane show I've ever been to (and I've been to hundreds)

Excellent! I'm the biggest Nick Cave junkie. I NEED to see him live one day. I've missed his shows the (very) few times he's been performing within a reasonable distance.

The man is a genius.

some good music taste going on here. Not familiar withe Grails, but I'm assuming you're named after Porcupine Tree? One of my favorites. I think Steven Wilson is the most under-appreciated songwriter of his generation.

Yes, on the name . And yes, on Mr. Wilson. More people should know about him. He has so many musical interests, and I love that he delves into other genres.

Grails is relatively new to me. I'd put them in the post-rock category, sort of like a more mellow Isis and no vocals that I could discern, though right now, I'm listening to music through my DVD player, as I have no receiver. Not the best, but I can't afford to buy a new one right now.

Amen to that. Shamefully, I'm yet to see him live either, even though I've adored him for years and he's from my town (Melbourne). Not sure why.... One day, for sure! What are your favourites? Mine would be Loverman or Papa Won't Leave You, Henry. Or Do You Love Me, or I Let Love in or..... Hehe, can't choose just one. I'm like that with Radiohead, too.

are you a fan of Anathema by any chance? One of my favorite bands of all time, and right up your alley, methinks.

I've heard of them, but haven't really given them a listen. I will, though. Thanks

I can't get enough of Steven Wilson's Insurgentes. I'm listening to it again
