Watched Eagle Eye on Sunday. It was pretty good - a mix of iRobot, Minority Report, and the Bourne series.

Last weekend was kind a movie weekend... Saturday I started with watching "Sukeban boy", maybe the badest japanese movie I have ever seen (and there are a lot) - I almost wet my pants.

Then Sunday a friend came over and we started with "So high", long time a go I saw this movie but somehow I couldn't remeber the story . And then we watched Dogma, which turned out to be a real cool movie!

I just watched The Happening...where was Rog and Re-run??? Oh wait that was Whats Happening?

Anyways it was typical M. Night Shamalama ding-dong. Ok, could have been better and why did they cast Marky Mark?

Alright, I had to watch it. I heard that it was bad but I still wanted to see it. I was curious because the trailers made it seem a lot like Stephen King's book Cell (which made sooo much more sense). This plot was just DUMB though. And the acting. OMG. Yeah wtf marky mark? Ok the guy has done some decent (not great) acting in other films but he was just terrible in this. Zoey Dashnel was pretty bad herself.

I also plan on rewatching Primal Fear with Richard Gere and Edward Norton. I always feel like I need to watch a good movie with great acting after watching crap.

I just watched You Don't Mess with the Zohan, it was typical Happy Madison fare. Glad it was a rental, a few laughs but nothing major. But it was on Blu Ray so thats all that matters.

Went to Religulous last weekend and W this weekend.

Religulous = funny, witty, very well done

W = terrible - if you really want to see it, I recommend waiting for the dvd release

Well, I finally saw the first two Resident Evil movies. I've seen the third, but it'll make a lot more sense in a re-watch than it did the first time around.

Once I watch Dawn of the Dead and all that, I should see Shawn of the Dead again. Believe it or not, Shawn of the Dead was the first zombie movie I'd ever seen, and that was two years ago. You're really not supposed to see the spoof movie before you see any of the movies it spoofs.

The Boondock Saints Although I could have done without so much swearing, it was a good movie.

My fiance was dying to see the Max Payne movie so we went to see that this weekend. I thought it was ok, I never played the video game or anything but it was pretty interesting.

We saw Baby MaMa. It was pretty funny....not as HILARIOUS as I was hoping it would be but it was okay for being a rental.

Oh, I forgot to mention (probably because it was so forgettable) that I watched one of the Underworld movies. I don't remember which one, but it might have been the second one.

I liked the first one way better than the second one. What did you think of the one you saw?

I watched JoyRide 2 last night (hey it was free and not my pick). Definetly a disappointment but expected it to be so. I liked the first one though.

Finally watched Jumper. It didn't suck as bad as I expected but I still think Doug Liman is slipping.

I went to see High School Musical 3 a couple of days ago. It was, well, what you'd expect. That is, I took my daughters to see it and they enjoyed it.

Went to see this a few weeks ago. I thought it was very funny, despite the fact that I dislike Bill Maher's personality. The scene with the trucker church was shot in my home town, I kind of want to find that place...for kicks.

We just watched The Lost Boys: The Tribe which was called a sequel to the 1987 Lost Boys which is one of my favorite vampire movies. Don't waste your time.... I was disappointed as this "sequel" had no relation whatsoever to the original. The "Coreys" were in this movie probably because they're broke. Oh... there was also a Sutherland in it... Angus????

Watched Son of Rambow, loved and highly recommend it.

Then watched Standard Operating Procedure, a documentary about the prisoner abuse at Abu Ghraib. Boy, that one will piss you off.

This movie has been on my short list for a while, and you just reminded me to watch it.

I LOVED IT! Deliciously sweet and quirky, and the whole late-80s thing was a hoot!
