That's hilarious. I was literally just talking about this exact quote at work today!

Grosse Pointe Blank

Sweet Moses.. Gone With the Wind. (IAJ = not a fan )

Grosse Pointe Blank was what our family chose for our Christmas Eve viewing this year...yeah, we're weird.

I'll leave for bed with this parting shot:

"you know, I believe we have two lives"

"yeah, how's that?"

"the life we learn with, and the life we live with after that"

Can you believe I only just saw Gone With The Wind for the first time... tonight? Yeah, it was cheesy, but I sure can see why it endures. That line is BRILLIANT, no matter how you slice it, though. I see why Clark Gable was... well, Clark Gable.

Anyhoo, yours is is pretty great, too: The Natural

Does this mean I go again? I promise not to bogart this thread...

I'll make it easy: "Give me some sugar, baby."

An easy one, but a good one:

The Princess Bride!

One for the old folks:

I haven't used my signature line yet:

Ooh.. Matthew Modine in Full Metal Jacket.

Following the stream of conciousness:

A Space Oddysey!

um....ok this one is odd, I suppose. If you get stumped, I have more quotes from the same movie.

"Say, any of you boys smithies? Or, if not smithies per se, were you otherwise trained in the metallurgic arts before straitened circumstances forced you into a life of aimless wanderin'?"

Right on the money! It was the first one. They shot Paulie Vito's body guard because he called in sick the night Vito got shot. I love those movies!
