Koan: The way of One. (I love almost everything by this computer generated/assisted music)
Very interesting history behind Koan too. Just keyword Koan and hang on tight. The music is so inspiring and original every time.

And who that loves early electronic/symphony/syn...can forget this baby by 'The Art of Noise.' At 2:30 min. in comes the elec. xylophone, and at 3:27 the sounds of outer space in the background blow me away. I had the longplay in '84 when it came out, but sadly lost it...this was the version played on radio. My version was about 18 mins. long, and so much more haunting :

Lana del Bae, today and every other

No Im not 15, in fact her music has a refreshing complexity I have little experienced since my teens. I probably haven't loved any artist since the Cure or Tori Amos like this...but this is completely different. I feel like Lana holds my hand, and she understands me, and maybe someday when I'm stronger I'll let go...I give all my heartbreak to Lana, it reminds me of how I used to see gay men love Barbara Streisand or Judy Garland. ..or the way I see my peers obsess over Marilyn Monroe. ..if I'm a gay/bi man in a woman's body, so be it. My life is richer for listening to Lana del Rey, she helps me survive in a way other artists I like (Lady Gaga, Grimes, M.I.A.) just can't. The only other musician who comes remotely close is Jared Leto and not even. I'm a bigger fan girl in my 30s than I ever was at twelve...but the way I reason it, Lana del Rey is a writer, this is just like Henry Miller, or the Fitzgeralds, except she's very much alive!

I LOVE listening to this song when I lift weights, run, cycle (stationary bike lol, not when I'm on the road or a mountain bike trail), or especially on the elliptical machine at the gym. I especially love to rock the crap out of the elliptical machine, full speed, as hard and fast as I can go, when this song gets to about 3:30 to 3:45 into the song. I guess it's a form of HIIT lol. I'm usually a passive quiet person, but certain songs just bring out my desire to unleash the energy inside me screaming to get out. Exercise is my channel. Not guns... Once I rocked the elliptical so hard with this song that the plastic backing on the incline of the elliptical came off. Oops.

In the end, only kindness matters. - Jewel

I learned recently Yolandi is vegetarian! She mentions it in this song.

Guess I should ask before posting. Are you allowed to post explicit music here?

Yeah as long as it's not so explicit it wouldn't be allowed on Youtube. Maybe just put a warning if there's a lot of foul language or shocking content for our more sensitive members

And speaking of shocking content, today is a vampire day for me:

Glad you like her! It's some of the most interesting and creative music I've ever heard.

Nothing right now- but last night I heard the "Harlem Nocturne" on the radio, and it's been popping into my head every now and then today. I'd heard it before but didn't know what it was called.

Peasant (1963-1972) and Fluffy (1970s?-1982- I think of you as 'Ambrose' now)- Your spirits outshone some humans I have known. Be happy forever.
