It's at the top of my netflix que, I just need to send my current dvd back.

I was really surprised that while he was acting so weird I never heard any non-vegans say that his veganism made him go crazy.

Just added it to my queue too! I'll be watching this tonight.

I think him and his family have been vegan for years so I wouldnt see why his veganism would make him go nuts. Its real hard to believe that "I'm Still Here" was all acting. Truly a very good film in my opinion.

I watched it last night on Netflix instant. It was horrible. I found myself fast forwarding through most of it. I just didn't get it. There was one part that was nice to see: he rescued a bird that had flown indoors and set it free.

No, I did not mean that his veganism would make him go nuts. Just that meat-eaters who are anti-vegan would use it to say "Look he went crazy and he's vegan so it must be his veganism and lack of proteinz that made him go crazy!!!!one!1111!!!" You know? I was glad I never heard anyone say that but I just kept expecting it from anti-vegan people.

ETA: I didn't realize it was on instant play, I'll have to watch it on instant then and take it off my dvd que list thing. I don't recall seeing that option when I added it to my que. I prefer instant so yay!

I think Christmas Eve was the first day on instant. I watched it. I will never get that time back.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I really wanted to like it, because I like Joaquin but I've seen better mockumentaries. Fortunately, once I realized how it wasn't going anywhere, I fast forwarded a lot of parts and just watched the highlights. The part with Puff Daddy was pretty funny.

And I really like him which seemed to make it worse.

I'm watching it now. This is really hard to watch. A lot more depressing than I expected.

Okay, if that was fake, and I'm not convinced it wasn't, it was absolutely brilliant. Because it didn't feel fake, and it didn't feel brilliant.

okay. I'm doing my post-movie research, and yes, it was fake. Some of the people in the film were in on it, most were not. Brilliant.

Because he's our vegan figure head, duh? He's supposed to be perfect in every way and we can't figure out what happened, lol.

There was at least one, not-so-subtle, vegan product placement shot.
