So I've been having major sleeping problems, not sure what exactly it was that was causing my lack of sleep. I was in the process of seeing my doctor about it, he was gonna refer me to a sleep specialist but now guess what?
About 2 weeks after going vegan, all of a sudden my sleep tracker app that I use at night started telling me I was sleeping roughly 6 hours every night instead of the previous 1-3 hours...
At first it didn't click but then I realized that I had just gone vegan a couple weeks ago and now magically my sleep is much more normal. I wake up more refreshed, I'm not fighting to keep my eyes open at work all day, etc. I could be wrong and maybe it's coincidence but something tells me it's not coincidence.
Have any of you experienced sleep improvement when going vegan?
