Add severe procrastination at work and these are mine too.

i used to have anxiety, severe insomnia, and an eating disorder.

smoking, drinking and cursing fixed all those.

i'd rather have the smoking and drinking and cursing than the 3 that came before it.

cry havoc! and let slip the dogs of war.

For me it would be procrastination too, I suppose.

My worst habit is consistent failure to detect facetiousness in tracts of text.

Other bad habits. Leaving a mess everywhere, that i'd change. Lack of self control when it comes to everything from food to people. It causes far too many problems so i'd love that to change. Besides those can't think of many bad habits. I'm sure to everyone else i have loads.

Lol... totally had to try sucking my thumb when I read this to see if I could maybe do that instead of smoking...nope. Not for me...felt weird. Peace & Love!!

I chew on bottle caps and bite along the top of beer/soda cans..hey, at least I don't have trouble finding "my" drink in a crowd. However, I don't bite my nails or any other body part for that matter.. Not quite sure how that started, but I definately know biting wont help me quit smoking. I like to drink, by that I don't mean one or two.

Of course I want to quit biting cans and such, it's embarrasing when I catch myself doing it in front of people. Smoking; I want to quit and drinking I would like to do less of.. for health reasons, otherwise I enjoy both.

I have scabs on my scalp that I constantly pick at, and I'm not a very neat person. when I come home, I just kind of "shed" the things I'm carrying and leave behind a path of destruction. I drive my boyfriend and my mom nuts with that

^^^ Hee. I used to do that with straws. Always chewed them closed. I have an oral fixation of sorts. Never without something to suck on or chew ... gum, lollypops, mints, jolly ranchers ...

Other bad habits are my picking fixations. I love plucking my eyebrows and picking at my teeth with those dental picks. And I brush my teeth way.too.much.
