here's a question though. why would there be an open can of paint and unsupervised children in the same room? that's just asking for trouble

kids are great I mean they're not for everyone I understand people that wouldn't want them. I never wanted them until I turned 21 now I've got one and I couldn't be happier.

They will make for funny stories later. My son sure got into his fair share of trouble when he was little.

Holy bleep. Yeah... my friends oldest son (3 years) got into some paint-omg that was AWFUL!!! We were getting what was left outta her mom's house, and apparently a paint can wasn't shut tight, and i swear in one minute he figured it out and was covered in paint- in a nice outfit too. Yeah, leave a kid alone for more than 5 seconds and you're just asking for trouble! It's so cute though! (I can say that cuz I don't have kids!)

Oh wow.

I once wrote my sisters name in permanant marker on the wall in her room.

She got in a lot of trouble.

I never got caught. I confesed when I moved out and couldn't be grounded.

The only time I had a mess from the kids was when I had my father in law baby sitting for a while and he wasn't paying attention. Permanent magic marker all over the Mickey Mouse Sheets! That same day I caught him smoking inside the house around our asthmatic son. I told my mother in law. She lit a fire under him. We had no trouble after that, but the sheets were never the same. You have to watch kids every moment. They can move so fast you would think they were cloned.

Those are hysterical! It's a matter of perception...I look at it and say, wish I had one of those! (Not really, J/K) The worse thing one of my three angels did was open a tube of desitin (for diaper rash) and rub it all over herself. For those of you who don't know, it's very thick and adheres extremely well to the skin.

Those picturess really are priceless. I kind of liked the purple handprints on the wall. Very creative!

Those aren't bad babies those are parents who got what they deserved!

Open can of paint?

Grape juice concentrate? (even with TWO kids that HAD to take a while)

Why would you leave your kids alone with those things?

Sometimes things like smeared pb happen when you don't realize your kids have aquired a skill like opening a can but still, paint?? There's no way those kids popped off that paint can lid. Even if they did why were they left unsupervised with a paint can??

It's parents like that that insist these things happen because kids love to get in trouble. They actually happen because of inadequate supervision. :shudder:

That paint will never come out of the rug. Ugh.

The worse my kids did was having a spitting contest out the back door with apple juice. I caught them after round one but it was nothing like that stuff.

You get used to messes with kids though. Toddlers have an eating system that involves rubbing the food through their hair and on their face before ingesting it. Helps with digestion or something.

The weirdest part about the paint thing is that someone stopped to take a picture. I'd be worried that the toddlers were slowly being poisoned, though they certainly look healthy.

That's adorable!

If someone knows how to control their kids, things like that wouldn't happen.

I think I'll email these pictures to my mum to explain why she isn't getting any grandchildren.

I have to admit, if my kid bathed himself in peanut butter, I'd probably be laughing so hard I couldn't clean him!

My baby cousin eats really messy and it just doesn't bother me. I think these kinds of things are so funny [though the paint thing is scary, they can get lead poisoning if they ingest it!].

What scares me is when they get really bad diarrhea. I had an incident when I was babysitting my baby cousin and she had the worst diarrhea I have ever seen. It got everywhere. I had to do laundry and it even got on my uncle's really expensive Tommy Hilfiger blanket. O_o

That grape juice thing would be ... interesting. ^_^ But the peanut butter was a riot! I would never be able to stop laughing!

Matter of fact, I got a kick out of my aunt accidentally teaching my baby cousin the word, "Sh*t!"

The PB incident was mildly cute/understandable, but I would have been highly unamused by the first two... to say the very, very least.

I wasn't a kid, but when I was 16, I told my parents that the front grill and part of the hood of their car was smashed by someone who hit the car while it was parked in the parking lot and I was inside the mall.

In reality, I rear ended someone while giving someone else the finger. Lol.

I'm 24 now and still waiting for the right time.
