God they should see some other punk songs. That one is just plain innocuous.

This song by NOFX is particularly funny (the music makes it funny):

Anyone notice the guy's first name was Harraj? My guess is, it's as much about his ethnicity as it is about anything he was singing.

If they heard me sing period, they'd shoot me! I couldn't carry a tune if it had handles.

"You gotta die gotta die gotta die for your government, die for your county. That's ****!"

Anti-flag - Die for Your Govenment: What I sing on planes. I guess that wouldn't go over well on the other side of the pond...

*chuckles* I've been singing this tune off and on for probably a month now. It's not a favorite, but now the evil side of me wants to belt it out loud-n-proud the next time I'm at the airport.

And yeah, Tess, I noticed the name. I guess I'll have to add "freedom of musical expression" to the benefits of being a chubby white girl.

The ones I pity are the ones who never stick out their neck for something they believe, never know the taste of moral struggle, and never have the thrill of victory. - Jonathan Kozol
