Okay now it worked. They say that most people are depressed more on this day.

For example credit cards come in from Christmas, did not stick to their new years resolution, people commit suicide the most on this day. Also people get depressed when Football is over for the year. (that would be me) Winter blaws kick in.

I do not have a source, but it is on the news here and radio every year on this date. Funny that me and my husband got into the worst blow out fight this day. Talking to my friend on the phone tonight and she reminded me of this last year. I was so surprised when I looked at the calendar.lol Same thing. Co-workers give up too.

Not sure if anyone has heard of this before. I do not follow the full moon, but still some meaning behind that though.

And the funny thing is that I typed this big old thing like twice and it sounded better.lol I think that people bug just might still be here.

It was just a stat that they say people are more depressed on Jan 23rd than any other day of the year and that was all. lol. Did not come out good because my long post did not work the first time. lol I had to type it another way.

But anywho, I was just wondering if anyone has heard of this date that people get down the most of the whole year on this date. That is all.

I tried to pull up the link but it said that the server is broken. Is there another one? Let me see if I can pull up something that I was trying to explain. Maybe the dates very from were people live and all.

Funny also that it said the 24th a lot. The link I posted was the 23rd. Weird though. I guess we can just say that this time of year sucks. I always heard the 23rd, but I guess it just depends.

Last year's most depressing day, according Arnall's formula, was Jan. 24.

The formula found Monday, Jan. 23 to be this year's worst day.

http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNew...124?hub=Health

Okay, so it's a formula and the date changes every year.

I have but a single datum, but it means more to me than the output of any formula could.

I think that the entire months of January and February are depressing. Cold, dark, no holidays to look forward to. I perk up considerably when march rolls around.

I heard of it before. My first ever boyfriend's mum stuck her head in a gas oven on Jan 26th night and died. He wasn't at school the next day and I just knew something was wrong and went demented, eventually the head teacher told me what had happened. I can never forget the date and it still haunts me 38 years later.

January 23, 2006 was marked as the most depressing day of the year. I heard about it on our Channel 7 news (abc). I am the only person I know who doesn't get depressed in the winter! Just about every one of my co-workers, family, friends hate the cold and love the summer. I am the exact opposite.

I was extremely depressed on Jan. 23, but I think that was just a coincidence. An interesting coincidence, though. Hmm...

Does my birthday (Feb. 7) count as a holiday? And have you ever heard of Valentine's Day?
