.Like the man said, these odds are calculated to create statistical arbitrage for the house, not as a reflection or prediction of the probabilities that these candidates will be elected. IOW, the odds track how people are betting not how people will be voting.

These numbers come from Sportsbook.com, which uses the WorldGaming service - one of a handful of white label e-Bookie companies. So while it may not be straight-out-of-Vegas numbers (which are still decided by the casinos) there is very little variance in the odds between books, whether they're online and based in the Cayman islands or if they're a "traditional" Vegas book.
