White bean hummus with roasted garlic

Sun dried tomato and green olive tapanade

Mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy with Tofurky

Fresh fruit platter (pineapple and melons)

Pesto pasta

Green salad with avocado, pecans, cherry tomatoes and 2 dressings

Rice crackers

Cracked wheat sourdough rolls

Whenever you talk about your catering gigs, I get so jealous of the people attending your events! I want to try your food sometime! Everything on your list sounds fabulous!

Did you make the sourdough rolls yourself? I haven't had any luck with sourdough starter.

In the same shopping center:

At Fantastic Sam's, a color treatment and a haircut. I hate it.

At CVS Pharmacy, some thick socks to keep my feet warm in bed, an el cheapo fleece throw for the cats to snooze on, a zippered pouch just in case I might need one, a large bag of Sun Chips original flavor, a jar of Tostitos chunky salsa, medium, Coffee Nips hard candy, Coffee NIps hard candy with a chocolate center, and a bag of Hershey's mini chocolates to take to work. I have a colleague who's a chocoholic just like me.

At Quiznos: A large Veggie Sub on wheat bread fpr dinner, and two-thirds of it is gone already. I always get the largest size whether I go to Quiznos or Subway because if I don't eat it all right away I can finish it later. The Quiznos sub is actually better the next day.

Luna bars, cat food and some makeup online.

I also have to get some cans of cat food. I found a stray this weekend who had to be a pet. My fiance and I bathed her, she is living in our bedroom and we are posting signs up all around the neighborhood. If that doesn't pan out we may have to foster her until we find a home for her. She is so adorable!

But my fiance found an ad in the newspaper about a cat similar to her that has been missing since 3/17. I am hoping this is her owners! That would be so amazing to get her back to her family.
