try to twice, but every once in a while i don't brush them at night b/c i'm over someone's house or i'm too tired or something like that

sometimes i'll just brush for the hell of it, but that doesn't happen very often

I usually brush when I get up in the morning and when I'm getting ready for bed. If I brush more than that, it's usually on a random basis, such as when I've eaten something really stinky or strong. I know I should brush more often.

Morning and night... and before I go out anywheres... depending how busy I am depends on how much I brush my teeth, but most definitely no less than twice a day. And I use mouthwash in the morning, floss at night, and chew dental gum twice a day to keep my breath somewhat fresh.

Morning, noon, night and after anything sweet. After looking at the thread I guess the next question would be manuel or automatic. Automatic. Got to brush gently.

That cracked me up.

Anyhoo, the last time I went to the dentist I found out the several irregularities I thought were cavities were actually from me brushing too hard (that and she exclaimed "You keep your mouth clean!" as soon as I opened my mouth). I used to brush at least twice a day but now I'm down to one. I'm a bad girl and hardly ever floss or use mouth wash.

I have retainers so I have to brush my teeth every time I eat something or my retainers would be too gross to use. However i no longer brush after drinking tea or coffee.

I brush once or twice a day, and barely ever use floss or mouthwash and I am cavity free

When I was little, I barely even brushed at all (gross, but yea) and I still didn't get cavities.

Depends how busy I am. Sometimes just twice, but if I'm having a slow day it could be six. I often floss at work out of boredom.

After every time I eat, pretty much.

If I'm out and don't have a toothbrush I chew some dental gum. I keep a toothbrush and paste with me at work so I can brush after lunch.

I floss every night before I go to bed.

Once, in the morning. But, I'm getting more in the habit of brushing before I go to bed.

I voted twice, but it can be more, depending. If I eat fruit at the end of a meal, or it's a light meal, I might not brush my teeth. It's always two minimum, anyway, and I floss almost daily.

I've been trained by parents, orthodontists and dentists, I can't not brush my teeth every day.

Brush twice, sometimes more if I eat something funky. I've also gotten better about flossing every day and I use mouthrinse at night. I'm genetically predisposed to periodontal disease, so if I don't take care of my teeth I'm liable to lose them.

I've never used mouthwash. I don't see the point to it. I figure if my brushing (and flossing) regimen is good enough, there's no need for mouthwash.

Usually twice. Sometimes I'll do a mid-day brush if I'm feeling extra stinky or sugar-coated. The only time I've ever had cavities was when I got lazy and was skipping the bedtime brushing ... and flossing. Never again.

I also have had over-brushing problems. My gums have receeded a little bit in an attempt to retreat from my old mega-scrub habits.
