What is "Oz."?
One reason I'm interested is, unlike french-fried (deep-fried but thicker slices), or what I call "oven crisps," (french-fry sized slices, brushed with oil, and baked till gold), "crisps" as you must call them, and which is actually the term I think i might prefer, keep a long, long time without refrigeration. Even longer than french-fries, with refrigeration. Even if they aren't packed in those air-tight bags. Because by time you finish with'em, there is not much moisture left. This of course has advantages.
