Just wondering because it seems like only vegans are really advertised lately, as far as new books and food and things go.

On a side note I've finally hit 30 pds weight loss since going ovo-lacto veggie this year, and couldn't be happier :)

I can’t answer your question, but I noticed here in La Belle Province more and more people have been taliking about vega*sm in the past year or so. I think it’s becoming more and more mainstream.

Vegetarians. By a pretty wide margin. In this study 1% of the respondents always eat vegan meals, while 3% always eat lacto-ovo or vegan meals.

Thanks for the info! At my job I found out almost all of my coworkers are either vegetarian or semi vegetarian; it's interesting smiley.gif
