just wondering about how "old" folks are here...

33 mostly wonderful years here.

The ones I pity are the ones who never stick out their neck for something they believe, never know the taste of moral struggle, and never have the thrill of victory. - Jonathan Kozol

I don't know if I'm old, but with my 10 year high school reunion this year I'm feeling it a bit. I'm 28.

Of course, my mom's 40 year reunion is this year, so when I saw her invite I didn't feel quite so bad .

Coming up on number 23 here! Starting to feel a little old. I bawled on my 22 b-day and I'm sure I'm going to be just as upset for the next one too. Oh lord, it's only going to get harder with each one, huh?

It's not that I feel I'm getting old. Just seems like there's so much I want to accomplish and the years keep flying by faster and faster.

18 years, 10 months, 1 week, 6 days, 17 hours, and 0 minutes exactly at this moment, to be as specific as vegangurl, hee hee.

But I feel a bit older... maybe 20 or 21?

And I look younger... maybe 13 or 14? That kinda sucks because in order to get any respect at all from some people (When I am out presenting workshops and stuff) I have to make sure I wear a nice outfit, do my hair, and wear makeup. Man, I would be so much comfier just wearing comfortable clothes with no makeup and my hair in a ponytail... or, if I've just gotten a haircut and it is really short and doesn't fit, then in my little pigtails!

My, I have certainly gone on a tangent. Well whatever, I am 18.

I'm 41 (will be 42 November 13th).

I feel younger though in spirit (and my daughter's friends always ask to be sure I'm her mother - though they could be thinking maybe I'm her grandmother..... ).

I'm 41. People always tell me I look younger, but I tell them this is what 40-something looks like. It's a great age to be!

I'm not going to mine either, but only because it's the same weekend as my sister's wedding. Ok, not only because of that. I, was so relieved when I got the invitation *whew* dodged that bullet.

19.

It's great being 19. You're young enough to think you're beautiful, and you're old enough to buy booze if you live in Britain. Ain't it cool?
