It's amazing how once you think you've heard everything something else comes along to astound.
Mark Zable's creation is a ravioli-shaped dough pocket that's filled with beer and plunged into a deep fryer. It's a little messy the beer pours out on the first bite but you can always sop it up with the dough.
I hate beer so any food involving it sounds unappetizing to me but I could see how it would appeal to people who enjoy having beer with deep fried foods. The fried salad combo totally sounds repulsive.
