I was thinking Valentines day is coming up, and I was wondering if anyone wanted to do a Valentines secret admirer gift swap. I was thinking we could do it like we did Secret Santa.



I would be happy to be Cupid and pair individuals up to swap anything food/or otherwise. I think once again we should have a limit of ohhhh say $10.



If anyone is interested please PM me, and I could get things started We have about 3 weeks to the day, so lets say, we have a cut off day of sign up on Jan. 31st, then I will let everyone know there "friend" is and that will give them a few days to get something together to send off, and reach their secret cupid in time.

All that will be covered by the individual. I will create a cupid login that would keep us secret, and in a thread I will create we can ask those questions to our individual person. But yes, let me know if you dont mind shipping internationally, and I will keep that in mind when I pair people off.



I plan on doing a random type drawing to pair people off. Put names in a hat kinda deal. I will try to do male/female if I have enough interest from any men in this group. Otherwise, I know us ladies dont mind doing something nice for another gal.

unfortunately i can't afford to but i'd be up for a valentine swap, like just a card. a gift swap would be fun but i just can't justify the cost right now

Sorry FR, I didnt mean to imply that we are "secret lovers" when we exchange gifts. To me, you can "admire" someone in a friendly manner. And you know what.. if you are secure in your relationship, I dont think that a significant other would be too upset about you getting a harmless valentines day package in the mail from someone on the Internet.



To me, this is just another form of Secret Santa. I enjoy doing something nice for people, and I saw this as an opportunity too. I know for me to receive something in the mail, puts a genuine smile on my face, and I thought it may do that for others as well.

I already told my bf that I was going to get someone on VB a valentine gift an he said.. cool!!! sounds like fun.. what you want to get.. and then we promptly went to look at what was available...
