Four nights in a row. I can barely keep my eyes open, I can't concentrate, I have that nasty, heavy feeling in your chest when you haven't had a good night's sleep. I can't take a nap, I can never fall asleep during the day no matter how tired I am. For no discernible reason at all, this randomly pops up when I haven't had to deal with it for many months, maybe over a year. I get enough fresh air everyday, I exercise, I eat healthy, what the hell?

Valerian tea is your friend. Or sleeping pills. Failing either, a mallet. :/



I don't have insomnia, but I find it impossible to sleep before two in the morning no matter how early I go to bed, so I kinda get it.

anxiety and depression can cause it, and so can many kinds of medications.

That's actually because I hired a couple of really nasty small elves, wearing invisibility cloaks, to sit on your chest, as a revenge after we had a disagreement in some thread. Sorry about that but now that you mention it, I'm going to tell them to back off.

These are the most likely causes, since it comes and goes.

Happiness is not the result of a mathematical equation comparing the good times and bad times someone has had. It is a state of mind.

I think it worked, lol. I took a nap and actually managed to fall into a semi-sleep for a few minutes. I feel a little better.
