I found out about VB when VegWeb shut down. All of us were directed to come here. I found out about VegWeb by doing a search on yahoo for some veggie recipies.

oops...excuse my bad spelling of search in the poll, as you might have noticed my typing is awful which tends to make me look illiterate.

There was a thread back in January on AdSource.... oops, I mean VegWhores.... oh, I mean VegSource, in which they were whining about a thread here.

I was one of the gang n the old VO boards. They were shut down very quickly, but I popped back a couple of times and found a note indicating Michael's generous (possibly insane) offer to accept us vagabonds. The rest is a bit of a drunken blur...

How long has VB been up?

I saw a banner ad on vegweb, I think. If it wasn't a banner ad, it was something on vegweb.

I don't remember exactly, but I lurked around the VO boards for a brief while LONG ago... then I forgot about it... I thought y'all were a bunch of freaks...

fast forward to Feb '02 when I had a searing flashback, and I went looking for the boards again. Found 'em here.

y'all are still a bunch of freaks...

I had just found out about the Iams/Eukanuba/Proctor and Gamble thing and was looking for the products I should boycott. This site came up in my search and here I am.
