Hey, i'd like to do my own research so i can back up my views, without having to rely on other people's sources, to use this for my own campaigns and websites. Firstly, i know this isn't concrete research heh, but i'd like people to comment with their answers to all the following things...
1. what is your diet? (vegetarian, vegan...etc)
2. How long have you been following this diet?
3. What were the immediate changes you noticed to your health/mood/behaviour when you first converted to this diet? (i.e. within the first week or two)...
4...and what changes did you notice in the long-term?
5. what resources do you get most of your nutrition/dietetic information from?
