Now i normally dont have too many qualms with the japanese actually having lived in japan for a nice bit i could honestly say i liked being in japan better than i like being in the states. But when my good friend brought to light this info i thought id share. Im not sure how hard up i am on this situation. I know that i am bothered by the thought of these killings but i am also trying to see their side while including other factors in nature and society. I remember hearing about the killings while in japan but I didnt know it was that bad.

I don't think that justifying a slaughter with culture is almost ever a good excuse.



(Although imperialism and power dynamics do come into play... I don't think that this is the case with Japan and Dolphins)
