For anyone who's ever had an X-Ray, CAT scan, colon/barium enema, or other radiology exam or procedure, you can track your total radiation exposure and estimated risk using a program called Radiation Passport:

There have been a number of high-profile news stories on medical radiation risks...I pasted some in below. The risks are higher than most people likely realize though.

There are other programs I think online that give you estimates...and you can also access the BEIR VII report through GoogleBooks (?).
