This is the weirdest thing, and it has happened to me all my life. It happens to my dad, too!
What happens is this: usually late in the day, I develop symptoms like the beginning of the flu. Skin sensitivity, joint/muscle aches (muscle soreness if I worked out that day), headache, chills, exhaustion, and sometimes cough/runny nose and raw throat. Sometimes the aches are so bad they keep me up at night. Almost without fail, if it doesn't turn out to be the legitimate flu/cold, it's gone in the morning.
I was tested for Lyme disease but it came up negative, and anyway, my dad has it too, but no one else in our family.
Does anyone else experience this? Any ideas what it's about? I've thought of nutrient deficiency and exhaustion but those don't reliably coincide.
