My partner says he can't see any difference, I'm going to check again in the daylight tomorrow and see if it is just the light playing tricks on me. I don't smoke, no (or hang out in smoky places etc).
Iodine is something I was thinking of recently with respect to thinking of ordering the Vegan Society supplement, the multi vitamin/mineral tablets I got today have that in though I think so that's good.
I can't seem to find anything online really connecting yellowish eyes with vitamin or mineral deficiency. I don't know, maybe it's just an overall sign of lacking in everything - my diet has been really bad the last two weeks :/
